As a Senior Finance Course Leader with 10 years of experience at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), I have developed and taught a comprehensive range of undergraduate courses, including Financial Management, Financial Assets & Markets, Sustainable Finance, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Islamic Finance, Capital Markets, Fintech and Digital Assets, Financial Entrepreneurship, Business Innovation and Startup Financing, and Risk Management. My extensive experience in university-level teaching and one-on-one private tutoring enables me to support students in their exam preparations and guide them towards successful financial careers. My proficiency in utilizing AI to enhance learning experiences sets me apart as a modern educator. My key achievements at HCT include being awarded the Best Business Faculty Award in 2022 and serving as the Faculty Mentor for the winners of the ADNOC-Bloomberg UAE Stock Trading Challenge in 2023. Additionally, I was honored as the Best Voluntary Tutor for At-risk Students by the College Director and received the Best Student Workplace Mentor Award. In 2020, I was recognized with the Faculty Mentor Award for a Student Capstone Project by the CEO of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Senior Lecturer/Academic Coordinator Banking & Finance

As an Academic Coordinator and Senior Lecturer for Banking & Finance at the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) for 8½ years, I taught courses in Risk Management, Real Estate Finance, Financial Accounting, Personal Finance, Banking Theory & Practice, Financial Mathematics, Business Calculus, and more. I have played a pivotal role in developing curricula, schedules, and faculty for the Bachelor's in Banking & Finance program across multiple campuses. I coordinated a collaborative Higher Banking Diploma program with external accreditation bodies in the UK and Canada and served as the Coordinator for the IFS Banking Diploma, UK, and Higher Diploma with CIB, Canada. My expertise extends to designing and delivering training programs on treasury and investments for the banking industry, conducting training needs assessments, and developing curricula and training modules. I have provided professional training to banking, treasury, and investment professionals on topics such as corporate banking, personal finance, capital markets, and Islamic finance. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my efforts to prepare students for CISI, ICAEW, and CDCS certifications. Additionally, I actively participated in developing and recommending new bachelor's programs. As a published writer, I have contributed articles on banking and capital markets for industry magazines. My dedication to enhancing financial education and professional development has earned me the Best Finance Faculty Award in 2011 by the Director, Emirates Institute of Finance.
